Design Summary :
Redevelopment of internal clinics at King Faisal Hospital through the re-planning of existing clinical areas and the conversion of an administrative zone into fully functional internal clinics.
The project maximized the use of underutilized spaces, increased clinical capacity, and introduced a new on-site pharmacy to enhance service integration within the hospital.
Technical Summary :
Two residential building prototypes consisting of a ground floor, three typical floors, and a service roof level.
The project includes studio-style residential units and was delivered as a fully coordinated IFC working drawings package (LOD 350), covering architectural,
structural, and MEP disciplines, with complete coordination between all models.
