The supervision of 30 Townhouse villas (G+1+Roof) involves reviewing and approving Shop Drawings and Material Submittals to ensure compliance with specifications. This is followed by field execution, starting with the inspection of axes and foundations, and then the recurring inspection of formwork, reinforcement, and concreting for columns and slabs across the six floors, including periodic concrete testing. Subsequently, brickwork and room squaring are inspected, alongside pressure testing for plumbing and electrical rough-ins before plastering and finishing. All stages require strict adherence to safety standards for scaffolding and working at heights, with everything documented in tracking logs and daily reports to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
