In the heart of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, We worked alongside the Canadian Consultant to create this landmark administrative complex stands as a testament to the power of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Comprising six high-rise towers with distinct curvilinear geometries, the project serves as a model for how digital integration can transform complex architectural visions into structural reality.

Architectural BIM: Precision in Form and Function
The project’s unique curved design required a sophisticated Architectural BIM workflow at a Level of Development (LOD) 350. By utilizing parametric modeling, we ensured that the fluid exterior glass facades were perfectly synchronized with the internal office layouts. Beyond aesthetics, the BIM model enabled advanced environmental simulations, optimizing natural light distribution and thermal performance to create a sustainable, high-productivity workspace for future tenants.
