Design Summary :
Outpatient Clinics for Maternity & Children Hospital in Makkah, comprising 80 clinics within a three-storey building.
The design is centered around a large internal courtyard, creating a healing environment through natural light, greenery, and visual connectivity between circulation spaces and clinics.
The project was developed from concept to IFC at LOD 350 in full compliance with Saudi codes.
Technical Summary :
A complete IFC construction documentation package was delivered at LOD 350, including architectural drawings for internal clinics and a new pharmacy area, door and window schedules, BOQ preparation, and full coordination with medical planning, MEP systems, and the existing structural framework.
