The structural design of Two Apartment building prototype (G+4) Using ACI Code focuses on creating a safe and cost-effective system, starting with the Geotechnical Report to determine foundation types . The process involves 3D Modeling (using ETABS & SAFE) to analyze vertical and lateral loads (wind and seismic) while standardizing designs for similar blocks to optimize costs. The final output includes Detailed Construction Drawings, reinforcement schedules, and technical specifications, ensuring full coordination with architectural layouts to prevent any site conflicts.
