The supervision of an Poultry Feed Factory project (4 steel hangars, administrative building, landscape, and roads) involves reviewing and approving Submittals, including Shop Drawings for steel structures and concrete, material approvals, and MEP coordination.
Fieldwork focuses on inspecting concrete foundations and the precise setting of Anchor Bolts to receive the steel frames, followed by supervising the erection, bolting, welding, and protective coating of the Steel Structures. Simultaneously, it covers the full structural and architectural execution of the administrative building.
The process also includes inspecting infrastructure, sub-grade leveling, and Compaction Tests for road layers before paving, along with landscape execution. All stages require strict adherence to HSE standards and documenting progress in logs to ensure compliance with technical specifications and the project schedule
