The island is an exclusive, luxury island resort and hospitality development spanning 97.61 Feddans in El-Saff (Kafr Tarkhan), Giza, Egypt. Through refined contemporary architecture and a strong connection to the natural riverfront context, the master plan harmoniously integrates high-end residential villas, serviced apartments, and premium hospitality zones—delivering a private sanctuary focused on panoramic waterfront views, eco-luxury, and holistic leisure.
Technical Summary :
A low-density eco-hospitality development on a 97.61-Feddan island. The architectural layout utilizes low-rise horizontal massing, restricting branded residential villas to (G+1+Roof) and hotel structures to (G+2) to preserve natural visual corridors, optimize cross-ventilation, and comply with riverfront environmental regulations.
